About the Show
100 years in the future, the world is a desolate nuclear wasteland and every last resource is fought over to the death. A brave Scottish general named Macbeth receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day she will become King of Scotland. Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by her power-hungry wife, Macbeth murders King Duncan and takes the
Scottish throne for herself.
Macbeth, was the first full production directed and designed by STAC members Makali Mates (Director), Trish Armstrong (Set Design), and Christian Alvarez (Costume Design). This show was a passion project for all involved with a budget of only $300. This show was nominated for 5 Arty Awards, including Outstanding Production.
