Values
THEATRE FOR EVERYONE
STAC is committed to Inclusivity, Diversity, Visibility, and Accessibility. We amplify voices that have been historically under-represented and under-resourced by the theatre field and strive to incorporate anti-racist and anti-sexist practices across all aspects of our work.

COMMUNITY IS AT OUR CORE
We enhance our communities through collaborative artistry both on stage and in the classroom.

RESPECT AND INTEGRITY
We believe in treating everyone with respect. We strive to create a supportive culture.

Land Acknowledgement
Solano Theatre Alumni Collective recognizes that we are located on the ancestral land of the Patwin and Miwok tribes. We acknowledge and honor the long history of Indigenous people and their connection to this land. STAC is committed to actively pursuing our values as an antiracist institution, and we are dedicated to learning, understanding, and respecting the Indigenous peoples of our region. We invite our community to strive to learn more about the original stewards of this land and to continue to work together to move towards justice and equity.
